The Company

Our Residential and Commercial Management Division benefits from the experience of mature, qualified management staff, who have a working knowledge of the Tenant Protection Act and its complex rules and regulations. They have the backup support of clerical and accounting personnel in a completely computerized environment.

This Division has been continually successful and respected in the local community in the business of "Fee Management Services" for real estate investors for approximately 35 years. We currently manage a portfolio of approximately 1800 units, comprised of hi-rise apartments, townhouse complexes, walk-up residential buildings, neighbourhood shopping plazas, office space and commercial-industrial sites. Our geographical outreach includes the cities of Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, Elmira, Guelph, Stratford, London, Brantford, St. Catherines, Toronto and surrounding areas.

The President and Owner of our company, Mr. Norman Machel has thirty five years of experience in the real estate industry and is actively involved in the property management and real estate business.
